What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data tcdart.com collects, why, and how it's handled, along with the cookies and third-party scripts this site uses. It applies to every visitor, regardless of where you're located: the site is operated from Spain, and we apply GDPR-level protections to everyone who visits.
Data we collect and why
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, inquiry type, and message. Submissions are processed by Formspree and forwarded to t@tcdart.com. Legal basis: your consent in submitting the form, and to take steps ahead of a possible contract (e.g. a commission or lesson booking).
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address via Kit (formerly ConvertKit), which handles delivery and unsubscribes. Legal basis: your consent, confirmed by double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
Lesson bookings
Booking a lesson through the Cal.com widget collects your name, email, and the scheduling details you provide. Legal basis: performance of the lesson booking contract.
Print orders
Print purchases are handled directly by Stripe (payment) and Prodigi (print production and shipping) as independent data controllers for the data they process. We receive your order confirmation and shipping details to fulfill and track your order; we do not receive or store your full card details.
Site analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you individually — it only reports aggregate, anonymized traffic data.

Cookies
A banner asks for your consent before any cookie-setting script loads, except for Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and needs no consent.

Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email t@tcdart.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
Data retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: contact form messages until your inquiry is resolved, newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and order records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
